Is Workjob free right now?: Yes. During launch, job posts and applications are free. We will announce pricing before any paid plans go live.
How long does job approval take?: New jobs go into moderation. Most approvals happen quickly during business hours.
Can I apply without creating an account?: Yes. Job seekers can apply directly via the form on the job page without signing up.
What is a Super Job?: Super Jobs are highlighted placements for extra visibility. They are managed by admin today and will become a paid option later.
Can employers receive CVs directly?: Yes, when the CV Box feature is enabled for a company, candidates can send CVs on the company page.
How do I reset my password?: Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page and follow the email instructions.
